This is the second of a new series of ovenware pieces that I am making. Instructions for use are included. I have used my own ovenware pieces for many years without difficulties. This piece is specifically designed to be used with the no-knead bread I have been baking, which requires baking with a lid on. The loaf this cooker makes is as high as it is wide: a wonderful loaf indeed.
